Our friends invited us to stay at their magnifical beach house in Santo Thomas, Mexico. It's a little place (like 25 houses) 45 miles east of Rocky Point.
Highlights from the weekend included:
Getting passports the day of departure (3 hours before)
Carpooling with the Tenney's
Talking sports with the boys
Talking about everything BUT sports with the girls
Surviving the earthquake (prob around 4.5 where we were)
Four wheelers and sand dunes
Kayaks
Tons of dolphins
Huge ocean front view and secluded beach all to ourselves
Donovan loving the water
All stone showers with rainmaker showerheads
Late night games
Jack Johnson and Bob Marley soundtracking the whole weekend
Sonic ice machine! Seriously? ... seriously.
Deep life discussions on the roof after all the kids were down
Getting pulled over in Mexico and not getting a ticket (does that happen?)
Making it back through the US border 5 minutes (!) before closing
And the perfect people to share it with.

Our trip was too short, but...Cute cute cute. Mexico looked like it was wonderful. Love Papa
